I wonder if it's because they offer the $5.00 gift card if you buy 2. Another question can you combine MFG with these store coupons?

that and they have $4 off each box of dipes you buy. their's are expensive tho so i never buy there

Yes you can use MFC Q's and Formula Checks (I believe formula checks, coupons for sure).
