Doesn't appear to be, I'm waiting on dh to get home and I'll go check it out. It's right down the street. Besides I need some free lunchmeat. Walmart Neighborhood Market is either out or does not have that particular kind.

Ok I went and checked it out, got my free bag. Pretty nice bag, even nice for free. They do sell the same bag, but for $1.49.
