For those of you with a sweet tooth it's going to be another go around on ECBs when you buy candy. I'm sure none of you are experiencing a shortage of sweets in your stockpiles. If you are I commend you for either avoiding these enticing ECB deals or feel for you when you have to step on the scale next. I hope you find these ad previews useful as I am really trying to juggle my time to bring to you the most useful resources the earliest that I am able. You can click here to view the ad in a new window at full size or you can click below on read more to see the ad in a small slide show.

Printables Matched To CVS Ad Week Of 6/08 Print E-mail

Hooray for another fairly descent CVS ad. Also be sure to check your receipts as some items are still showing active with increased limits like the Duracell batteries. I've also listed some increased limits on monthly ECB deals in the forum, be sure you check those out as well. Hopefully this week I will have more time to work up some example deals and get the upcoming CVS ads posted. Right now there is just more to do then I have time. I'm sure you can all relate to that. Note there are several rebate options this week at CVS, just remember to get them on separate receipts I forgot to do separate transactions on my last two rebate items and now I have to choose which to submit.

You know the Redbox Movie rental kiosks that you can find at various grocery stores and McDonald’s restaurants? They look very similar to the Redbox kiosk pictured below.

Finally I see an improvement in the CVS Weekly Ad! This week I actually see several deals that I'd like to get in on. Especially the Pamper's Diapers, as we can always use diapers here. Even more so now as our previous diaper stash is gone. In addition to the new weekly ad, the new monthly ECB booklet came out yesterday. I'm sure many of you have noticed yet another change in the limit on the free after ECB items. Be sure you check back for additions to the printables list, especially this week as I got off to a super late start putting the list together so it is far from complete.

Printables Matched To CVS Ad Week Of 5/25 Print E-mail

I hope everyone enjoyed the holiday weekend. We didn't do a whole lot here but we did have company, my Dad on his way back home from North Dakota. So I got an extremely late start to preparing the printable list. So I apologize for the delay. Again it's kind of a dull week at CVS. I've really cut down my shopping there lately because the sales have gone downhill. Make sure you put the $5 off $15 to good use this week as it expires on June 1st and don't forget to grab the remaining monthly ECB deals. As always I'll continue to update the printables list throughout the week as I find more available coupons.

A Unique Savings Plan From SmartyPig Print E-mail
    Written by cent_saving_mom

Do you remember Wilbur from Charlotte's Web? You know Zuckerman's Famous Pig? Well that was the first thing that came to mind when I heard the term "SmartyPig". However SmartyPig is hardly a famous story book character, it's a new online solution for saving money. SmartyPig is an online interest-bearing savings account that allows you to set a specific savings goal. You can make your account or accounts (there is no limit) public or private. Public accounts are a great way for friends and family to help contribute towards your savings goal. When you reach your savings goal you have the option of withdrawing your savings plus interest on a SmartyPig Master Card Debit Card, Gift Card to participating retailers, or a check by mail.

Now consider this theory. What if you made a monthly contribution of say $25 a month plus you deposit all of your mail in rebates for the entire summer. This would be a great way to save funds for Back to School Shopping, a New Fall Wardrobe, a End of the Summer Vacation, or what about even a Holiday Shopping fund? You could also use the funds to help teach your children how to save money as minors can participate (view-only access) but not actually hold an account.

For more information or to open a SmartyPig interest-bearing savings account click the below banner.

Slowly but surely I'm getting this down to a science. It is somewhat time consuming though, but hopefully with time I will get quicker. Of course sometimes one can only go as fast as the computer or internet will allow. I hope this is helpful to many of you as long as it is I will plan on continuing the efforts to post the new ads like this as soon as I am able. You can click here to view this in a new window at full size or you can click below on read more to see the small slide show.

This will be a new feature of MTC. I will embed the weekly ad here as a news story. It will be a small slide show where the images have all been seamed together (no more viewing 2 pages to view 1 page of the actual ad) you will have to click read more to view the slide show as an i frame. Again emphasis on small, you will more than likely want to view the document at full size the first time and refer back to the smaller one for quick glances. To view the full size slide show click here, note you may want to hit F11 to make the screen go to full view. Please take a moment and comment on this new feature, it helps me when I know what you think. I'm still trying to get this new feature down to a science so your feedback on this first run through is much appreciated.

I must say I'm quite glad this past weeks ads were boring. I needed a break after the prior weeks Walgreen's Festivities. Seems like about every two months or so WAGs pulls something crazy where I end up driving all over town buying this and that just for the Register Rewards. What can I say, I'm a sucker for free money! I can't really say that this weeks ads are much more appealing but there are a free money makers out there. You can check the CVS forum for more exact details. As always check the printables list frequently as I am constantly updating it as I find more coupons and/or rebate offers that can be combined with items on sale.
